Refund and Returns Policy

 

1. General Policy:

At DGHRI, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your non-customized products, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Return:

  • Non-Customized Products: You may return non-customized products within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Customized Products: Customized products, including those with personalized NFC digital cards, keychains, or other customizations, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dghri.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

4. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that refunds for Visa and MasterCard payments may take up to 21 days to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Warranty:

All DGHRI products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
